1. Does My Girlfriends, Inc have a Fridge/ freezer for ice cream cakes, etc.? yes
2. Do you need to supply paper products? We supply all plates, napkins, forks, spoons, and cups for girls attending the party. If you wish to have snacks for the adults, bring paper products for them.
3. Do you need to bring a lighter? We have the lighter, you bring the candles.
4. Are drinks provided? My Girlfriends, Inc supplies the pink lemonade/ soda for the attending girls. If you wish to supply drinks for the attending adults you may do so.
5. Do you need to bring serving bowls, trays, and spoons? No, we supply all serving utensils, trays to display your food.
6. How should you pay for the final payment? We take cash, Visa, or Mastercard.
7. Can you order pizza? Yes, there is a pizza place that delivers: Skippack Pizza: 620-222-0277 or you may pick up before arrival Chiaros: 610-584-4451
8. Will My Girlfriends, Inc call to confirm the number of attending girls? Yes, My Girlfriends, Inc will call you the Wednesday before to confirm how many girls will be attending.
9. Do you pay for how many girls confirmed the week before? No, you only pay for how many girls attend the party.
10. Is the birthday girl included in the minimum of eight? Yes, she is included in the minimum of eight.
11. Does your $100 deposit go toward your balance? Yes, it goes toward the balance for the date you have booked and is non-refundable if cancelled.
12. What happens if you cancel your party? If you must cancel your party, you will receive your full deposit if cancelled within 30 days of party date. Otherwise, your deposit is non-refundable.If the birthday girl becomes ill on party date, we will reschedule your party within a six week time frame from the original party date.
13. Can you tip the girls working the party? Yes, you may tip the girls.
14. When should you arrive to your party? You should arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the party time.
15. Are invitations and thank you cards included? No, but they are available for purchase at My Girlfriends, Inc.
16. What happens if a guest has food allergies? It will be your responsibility to check with parents if attending child has food allergies.
17. Can adults stay during the party? The parents of the birthday girl must remain at the party. The parents of invited guests may stay if they wish.
